FAQ.
If you have any questions, feel free to contact me.
What makes you different from typical agencies?
Most design today is fast, cheap, and forgettable. I focus on building brands that look credible, consistent, and built to last. No generic visuals. Every project starts with understanding your business, your audience, and what makes people trust you.
How does your design process work?
My process is structured and transparent: Discovery — In the discovery call I define your goals, audience, and positioning. To make sure we move in the right direction, you'll receive also a short 3-minute custom questionnaire designed specifically for your project. After that, I’ll send you the contract and the invoice. A 50% upfront payment secures your spot and commits both of us to the project, this is also typical in the industry standards. It shows mutual commitment, you’re investing in the process, and I’m reserving dedicated time to build your brand properly. Once the first payment is completed, the project officially begins. Strategy — I build the foundation of your brand or Website/App, creating a concept and initial moodboards. Design — visual identity crafted with purpose Refinement — feedback and improvements Delivery — final files ready for real-world use. Eventual source files will be delivered only after the final 50% missing total amount. You always know where we are in the process because I will provide you a Notion to track the project live. No guesswork. No surprises.
How long does a project usually take?
Most branding projects take 2 to 4 weeks, depending on scope and feedback timing. Website or App projects takes 1 to 2 weeks deoending on the requirements. Clear communication keeps timelines predictable. Rushed work leads to weak brands, and weak brands cost more in the long run. I prioritize quality over speed, every time.
How do I know if you're the right designer for me?
If you want something cheap and fast, I'm probably not the right fit. If you want a brand that looks reliable, feels intentional, and earns trust, then we should talk. When you'll book the call feel free to send a short project description via mail/whatsapp aswell. I'll review it yet and let you know if we're a good match.
Can I request a custom quote?
Yes. Every business is different, so if your needs don’t fit into Start Up Kit or you need only a part of it (only the website for example), I’ll prepare a custom quote tailored to your goals, usually on the same day of our call.
Could I ask for revisions or stop the order?
Yes. Revisions are a standard part of the process. Each project includes structured revision rounds, allowing us to refine the work and reach the strongest possible outcome. Your feedback plays an important role in shaping the final result. If you choose to stop the project, you can do so at any stage. Work completed up to that point will be invoiced, and the initial 50% payment is non-refundable, as it secures time, planning, and creative direction already invested. This approach ensures clarity, fairness, and professional commitment on both sides.
How does the communication look like?
After the initial discovery call, we keep communication structured to ensure efficiency and clarity throughout the project. • Email is used for all official communications, documents, proposals, and important updates. • WhatsApp is used for quick questions and fast updates when needed. • Design feedback if possible handled directly inside the design software (such as Figma), where comments stay organized and traceable. To protect focus time and keep the project moving efficiently, additional calls beyond the initial discovery call are kept to a maximum of 1 per week. When needed, they are scheduled and counted as billable time, as they temporarily interrupt production flow. This structured workflow allows more time to be invested where it matters most: designing and solving problems.
