1. Scope of work

Every project starts with a clearly defined scope.
What’s included will be agreed upfront, anything outside of that will be quoted separately.

A 50% upfront payment is required to start any kind of project.
The remaining balance is due before final delivery.

This ensures commitment on both sides and allows the project to move forward with focus.

Each project includes a defined number of revision rounds.
Additional revisions can be requested and will be billed separately.

Clear feedback leads to better results.

Project timelines depend on scope and client responsiveness.
Delays in feedback may affect the final delivery date.

I commit to consistent delivery, the same is expected on your side.

You can stop the project at any time.
Work completed up to that point will be invoiced, and the initial payment is non-refundable.

This protects time, planning, and work already invested.

Final files and rights are transferred once full payment is completed.
Until then, all work remains the property of the designer.

I reserve the right to showcase the work in my portfolio except specific cases.

Clear and timely communication is essential.
Projects move faster and perform better when both sides stay aligned and responsive.
